neat... that really makes you think... kinda makes me glad i can remember the time before computers were mainstream.. even kids growing up now take them for granted or assume they just always were (because to them they always were).. they are kind of removed from the reality that existed before all of the insanely comprehensive technologies that are mainstream today.
Not that that's a bad thing.. it's just interesting. this video reminded me of this software microsoft made.. basically this program searches for images that are of the same thing.. like a monument or something and it builds a 3D environment of it consisting of all these different photos.. it is amazing.. you can try it out and i recommend you do.
it just shows one amazing way technology is evolving beyond what was ever imagined possible.. i really can't imagine the insane programming involved in making photosynth

That was amazing...after watching it I realized I was breathing really heavily. I wish I was an anthropologist...hyperpologist..machine....myself.
